Registration Payment: Your monthly payment gives you access to the specified contents of the German Genealogy Collective. Your access will remain in tact as long as your payments are current and your payment plan is active. 

Payment: Your payment must be received in order to gain access to the German Genealogy Collective. 

No Refunds: Your monthly payment is nonrefundable. Should you want to leave the German Genealogy Collecve at any time please let us know via email at [email protected]. Requests must be made in writing via email 5 Business Days prior to your payment date. Any requests made with less that 5 Business Days notice will be canelled for the following month. 

Transferability: Your membership is non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another individual.

Cancellation: The German Genealogy Collective reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the live calls at its discretion. Any chances to the schedule will be posted to the members area, noted on the calendar, and sent via email.

Liability: The German Genealogy Collecgtive shall not be held liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or discrepancies experienced by participants at any time.

Intellectual Property: All materials, including session recordings, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Andrea Bentschneider of The German Genealogy Collective and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior consent.

Data Privacy: Participants acknowledge and agree that The German Genealogy Collective is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of their personal data. All information collected during registration and your membership will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating participation and will not be shared with any third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the provision of conference services. The German Genealogy Collective will implement appropriate measures to safeguard the security and integrity of participants' data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Modification of Terms: The German Genealogy Collective reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the conference website or notified to registered participants via email.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa and as applicable, those of the United States of America, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in the courts in the State of Iowa.

By completing registration and payment of the membership fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
